Healthcare Recruitment Consultant – Build Your Own Desk

About the role

EXO Recruit Ltd is looking for an experienced healthcare recruiter to launch and run their own recruitment desk on a self‑employed basis. You will operate remotely across the UK, leveraging the company’s infrastructure, branding and support to build a profitable permanent‑placement business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of permanent healthcare candidates and client accounts.
• Utilise EXO’s job board access, LinkedIn Premium and senior decision‑maker database to generate new business.
• Handle end‑to‑end 360‑degree recruitment cycles, from sourcing to placement.
• Maintain invoicing and administrative processes with in‑house support.
• Collaborate with a team of other healthcare recruiters to share best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in the healthcare sector.
• Established network of healthcare clients and candidates.
• Proven track record placing permanent healthcare professionals.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
