IAM Service Lead – Identity Access Management

About the role
As a member of the Identity Access Management (IAM) team at Capgemini, you will lead the design, delivery and governance of IAM services. The role ensures that the right people and systems have appropriate access to resources at the right time, supporting both on‑prem and cloud environments.
Key responsibilities
- Create IAM Service Design and detailed Target Operating Model (TOM)
- Lead transition knowledge transfer and shadowing activities
- Provide IAM service leadership and governance
- Track and report KPI/SLA performance
- Drive continuous improvement of IAM processes
- Manage stakeholder relationships
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues
Required profile
- Proven service leadership experience in a hybrid IAM environment
- Deep expertise across IAM domains: IGA, MFA, SSO, PAM and PKI
