About the role
Our client, a leading professional services firm, is expanding its Technology Team in central London. They are seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Analyst to provide first‑line technical assistance to end users across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all tech support queries.
- Log, manage and own incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
- Proactively monitor IT systems and identify potential issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems on Windows and macOS devices.
- Contribute to continuous improvements of systems, workflows and support processes.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a Helpdesk, End‑User Computing or L1 IT Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac desktops and devices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and mobile device management for Android and iPhone.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of networking and IT security concepts (preferred).
