IT Project Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

Our client, a leading organisation in the leisure, travel and tourism sector, is seeking an IT Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is hybrid, requiring 1‑2 days per week in the Woking office, and focuses on delivering end‑to‑end IT projects and change initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of IT projects, from concept through deployment and transition to BAU.
• Define scope, create plans, budgets and resource allocations while managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Develop business cases, RAID logs, communication plans and adhere to governance frameworks.
• Provide status reporting, manage risks, issues and change control processes.
• Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, spend and procurement.
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Lead business change activities, ensuring readiness, adoption and benefit realisation.
• Build and manage project teams, allocating work and tracking performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering IT projects end‑to‑end.
• Strong stakeholder and matrix delivery management skills.
• Supplier management experience.
• Commercial awareness and excellent communication abilities.
