About the role
The Groundskeeper supports a high‑standard resident experience by managing waste, cleaning, minor repairs, decoration and general maintenance of the property, its grounds and equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain seamless waste management, checking bin chute systems, swapping bins, and ensuring recycling is segregated according to local authority guidelines.
- Undertake minor repair, decoration and maintenance tasks, liaising with the facilities team and external contractors as needed.
- Inspect and keep common areas, refuse and recycling facilities clean and hazard‑free.
- Support the facilities team with electronic maintenance reporting, record keeping and statutory testing documentation.
- Assist the Community Manager and Facilities Manager with security, event coordination, contractor supervision and compliance checks.
