Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an organised Operations Coordinator to join our Guildford team. The role will oversee the end‑to‑end planning of production and product flow, ensuring that supplies, manufacturing and deliveries are aligned with customer demand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain weekly production and operational schedules.
• Coordinate supply requirements with suppliers and production partners.
• Monitor daily operational activity, respond to disruptions and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records and support supplier payment processes.
• Produce reports and maintain operational records.
• Build and sustain relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, production partners and customers.

Required profile

• Previous experience in operations, production planning, supply chain coordination or logistics.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent contract (37.5 hours per week) with a Monday‑to‑Saturday pattern.
• Competitive salary £45,000‑£55,000 per year.
