German‑Speaking Order Processing Coordinator (Hybrid, Guildford)

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Order Processing Coordinator to join our growing team in Guildford. The role involves managing the full order lifecycle for B2B clients in Germany and the UK, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, validate and enter customer orders into the ERP system.
• Confirm product availability, pricing and lead times for German and UK clients.
• Maintain detailed documentation and order records at every stage.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams.
• Alert relevant teams to low‑stock items and potential shipment delays.
• Act as the main point of contact for B2B clients in Germany and the UK, providing timely updates.
• Produce regular reports on order performance and identify improvement areas.
• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluency in written and spoken German.
• 5+ years of experience in order processing, logistics or supply chain coordination.
• Familiarity with international suppliers, particularly in China.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
