Operations Coordinator – Production & Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our growing team in Guildford. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end operational planning, ensuring products move smoothly from suppliers through production to the customer.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage weekly production and operational schedules.
• Coordinate supply requirements with suppliers and production partners.
• Align production plans with customer demand and sales forecasts.
• Monitor daily operational activity, respond to disruptions and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records and support supplier payment processes.
• Review and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Act as the primary communication point between internal teams and external partners.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
