Operations Executive

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised individual who enjoys improving processes and keeping operations running smoothly. As an Operations Executive you will support field teams, act as the central point of operational expertise and work closely with internal teams, suppliers and third‑party partners.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain clear communication between internal teams, external partners, the client and suppliers.
• Provide operational expertise, troubleshooting and problem‑solving.
• Identify and implement process improvements using the latest technology.
• Support field team activities, including organising training sessions and events.
• Coordinate equipment purchasing, distribution and asset tracking with third‑party suppliers.
• Work with the wider team to create and maintain Salesforce and reporting systems on tablets and mobile devices.
• Resolve day‑to‑day operational issues across functions.
