Operations Manager TEQ - LAC & UK (Hybrid or Remote)

About the role

Prosper Global (formerly Mercy Corps) is recruiting an Operations Manager for its TEQ unit, which sits within the Programs department and supports program impact at scale. The role reports to the VP and covers the design and maintenance of TEQ-managed systems, coordination and communication mechanisms, and administrative support processes, while backstopping TEQ team-led systems. It is open to candidates based in Latin America and the Caribbean or the United Kingdom, in countries where Prosper Global is legally registered and authorized to employ staff, with hybrid or remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage accountability and operations systems such as the Support Request Tool, new business pipeline tracking and work planning, and periodically assess and improve them
• Support and backstop the use of wider organizational systems such as the Evidence & Learning Center, Outcome Area Hub, Program Models, the PMD App and consultant rosters
• Distribute and analyse feedback forms after support assignments and produce analytical reports on TEQ operations and performance
• Prepare agendas and notes for recurring meetings, chair or facilitate them, and set up and run ad hoc coordination structures and communication platforms
• Maintain TEQ SharePoint sites, Teams channels and Hub pages, support blogs and the TEQ Digest, and host webinars and special events
• Manage project, budget and award processes, including unit-level budgeting and donor-funded HQMA awards
• Lead procurement and contracting support, direct costing administration, and onboarding of team members
• Manage shared subscriptions, the organizational chart, and backstop team members during turnover or surges
