PMO Tecnológico con experiencia en BBVA

About the role

Babel is looking for a Technology PMO who has proven experience in BBVA or similar banking projects. The role focuses on monitoring, controlling and coordinating strategic technology initiatives, ensuring alignment between business and IT areas.

Key responsibilities

• Track and control technology project schedules, risks, deliverables and operational capacity.
• Produce and manage reports, progress updates and performance indicators.
• Identify, monitor and mitigate risks and impediments.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Support planning activities and guarantee timely delivery of project outputs.
• Assist with operational and administrative aspects of initiatives.
• Maintain visibility and traceability of all project activities.

Required profile

• Professional PMO with experience in technology projects.
• Previous work with BBVA or banking‑sector projects.
• Knowledge of agile and/or traditional project methodologies.
• Proven ability to track initiatives, manage indicators and handle risk.
• Strong articulation between technical and functional areas.
• Excellent organizational, communication and result‑orientation skills.
