Process Supporter – Paint

About the role

The Process Supporter – Paint is a supervisor‑level position in the Paint Shop at Lotus UK Manufacturing. You will lead a team of Production Operatives, ensuring daily tasks are completed safely, accurately and on time, while supporting continuous improvement in a high‑performance sports car environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver effective communication on daily targets and performance, providing feedback to the production team.
• Guarantee production capability at the start of each shift by checking parts, processes and tooling.
• Ensure process adherence, optimise for improvement and manage budget through scrap and consumable control.
• Lead the team in continuous improvement, problem resolution and maintain SHE and 5S standards.
• Drive team performance through training, coaching and daily planning to meet volume targets.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and engagement skills with the ability to lead a cross‑functional team.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Methodical, structured decision‑making and good problem‑solving skills.
• Understanding of cost and budget management.
• Effective time‑management and prioritisation.
