Producer – Agency Production (UK)

About the role

Real Chemistry is looking for a seasoned Producer to lead, estimate and execute agency production projects across the UK. Working closely with the Executive Producer and creative/account teams, you will drive projects from concept through delivery while upholding the agency’s high standards of quality and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Executive Producer to estimate and manage budgets for briefs ranging from $1k to $1M.
• Oversee full‑cycle production, including labour, equipment, locations, casting, permits, transport, lodging, catering, scheduling and media delivery.
• Apply Agency Producing techniques such as Triple Bidding to secure optimal value and quality.
• Maintain and expand a vetted network of production companies and post‑production houses.
• Ensure all logistical and regulatory requirements are met for each shoot.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Producer within an agency environment.
• Strong track record managing budgets and complex production logistics.
• Extensive network of UK‑based production vendors and post‑houses.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across creative, account and executive teams.
