Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of our Kraken Utilities platform – an AI‑driven, cloud‑based solution that helps utilities optimise renewable generation, grid intelligence and customer experience. You will work in a fast‑growing technology company that is transforming the energy, water and broadband sectors worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the Kraken Utilities suite.
• Identify deep industry problems and translate them into product features that deliver measurable value for large utility clients.
• Lead cross‑functional teams—including engineering, design, data science and client services—to bring product concepts from inception to launch.
• Manage complex, business‑critical client migrations onto the platform, ensuring timelines, quality and stakeholder alignment.
• Act as the central liaison between technical teams and external customers, gathering feedback and prioritising enhancements.
