Project-Based BIM Coordinator

About the role

Oktra is seeking a Project‑Based BIM Coordinator to join its Revit‑focused project teams. You will support the Senior BIM Manager in rolling out the company’s digital transformation strategy, developing BIM processes, standards, and providing day‑to‑day assistance to project teams across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily Revit support to project team members.
• Manage, administer and maintain the health of project Revit models.
• Create and maintain project Revit model content, libraries and templates.
• Coach, mentor and train staff, including new‑starter inductions and ongoing development of Revit champions.
• Coordinate multiple federated BIM models with subcontractors and consultants, owning clash detection and resolution.
• Develop, manage and implement project BIM execution plans.
• Configure and manage project Common Data Environments (CDE).

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a BIM coordination or similar role.
• Proactive, self‑motivated with strong planning and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with design, construction and external partners.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit and related plugins.
• Experience with legacy AutoCAD applications.
• Competence in Autodesk Navisworks for clash detection.
• Knowledge of Common Data Environments (CDE) and BIM standards (ISO 19650).
• Familiarity with Enscape or other Revit rendering tools.
