Project Manager – High-End Residential Interiors

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing interiors studio in Southwest London that delivers premium residential and developer‑led projects across the capital and the South‑East. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of high‑end interior projects from concept through to handover, acting as the primary liaison for clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential interior projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, and on‑site teams.
• Monitor programmes, budgets, variations and costs, proactively resolving issues before escalation.
• Liaise closely with design and commercial teams to guarantee smooth delivery.
• Maintain high standards of communication and stakeholder management across all projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager on residential construction projects.
• Proven experience delivering high‑end or developer‑led residential interiors.
• Strong practical understanding of construction sequencing, trades and site delivery.
• Demonstrated client‑facing experience with the ability to manage expectations.
• Experience handling budgets, tracking costs and managing project variations.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
