About the role

We are seeking a qualified Electrician to join Premlex Electrical in Southampton. The role starts with five days a week on the tools, with the prospect of evolving into a hybrid position – four days on‑site and one day in the office – as the business expands.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations, maintenance and repairs on a variety of projects.
• Support day‑to‑day operations and contribute to business growth.
• Potentially transition to office‑based duties, assisting with planning and coordination.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high‑quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Experienced electrician looking to develop leadership and management skills.
• Or a sole‑trader/small business owner who wants to focus on electrical work while the company handles admin, quoting and payments.
