Reach Truck Driver – Full‑time (Solihull)

About the role

Farmfoods is seeking a permanent FLT (Reach Truck) Driver for its distribution centre in Monkspath, Solihull. You will work a 5‑day week, including weekends, on a night shift pattern (22:00‑06:00) and be responsible for moving stock efficiently within the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately and quickly replenish stock using a Reach Truck.
• Maintain precise stock records.
• Follow all health and safety procedures on site.

Required profile

• Previous experience operating a Reach Truck (FLT) and a valid, in‑date Reach Truck licence.
• Physically fit to meet productivity targets in a demanding environment.
• Positive, hard‑working attitude; experience in a warehouse or with manual handling equipment is a plus.
• Open to applications from Army, Navy and RAF service leavers.
