Remote Growth Specialist (Agency) - £45k - £55k

About the role

A leading Shopify agency, which works with consumer brands to build and grow DTC businesses, is looking for a commercially minded Growth Strategist. The role is fully remote within the UK and sits inside an eight-person Growth team. You will initially work closely with the Head of Growth on a portfolio of clients, then take increasing ownership of client reporting, strategic recommendations and quarterly business reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse each client's business and customer journey to find the biggest growth opportunities
• Map the customer journey from acquisition through to repeat purchase
• Identify ways to improve conversion, AOV, CAC and customer lifetime value
• Turn data and insight into clear, commercially focused recommendations and help clients prioritise initiatives
• Take a holistic view of growth, covering paid media, retention, email, subscription and eCommerce
• Translate performance data into commercial insight and explain why results happened and what to do next
• Work with specialists in paid media, retention, design, development and client services so that activity across channels aligns with the growth strategy

Required profile

• Strong understanding of how modern DTC and eCommerce businesses grow
• Ideally around five years' experience in a growth, eCommerce or digital strategy role, agency-side or in-house
• Experience analysing customer journeys and identifying growth opportunities
• Good understanding of CAC, LTV, AOV and conversion rate
• Experience across acquisition, retention, email and subscription
• Strong communication and presentation skills, and confidence working directly with clients
