Research Director (Quantitative)

About the role

We Are Aspire is recruiting, on behalf of an agency, a Research Director (Quantitative) based in London. The agency specialises in using quantitative techniques to produce insights for market leaders in FMCG, retail and technology. The role is described as flexible and senior, with a salary of up to £70,000 per year.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quantitative projects from start to finish, managing methodology, budgets, deadlines, analysis, debriefs and client presentations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, pitch successfully, ensure account growth and drive business profitability.
• Inspire, mentor and develop teams, fostering creativity, productivity, skill growth, constructive feedback and a positive work culture.

Required profile

• Detailed, senior researcher accustomed to producing impactful solutions for clients.
• Experience in business development, pitching, gathering requirements, delivering client value and managing complex projects.
• Team management, mentoring, delegation, strategic thinking and handling challenging clients.
