Resident Manager

About the role
We are seeking a Resident Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of a Build‑to‑Rent (BTR) development in London. You will act as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring a high‑quality living experience while supporting the broader lettings and property management team.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to resident queries and coordinate routine maintenance requests.
- Manage relationships with contractors and oversee service delivery.
- Conduct property viewings, handle check‑ins and check‑outs, and organise resident events.
- Lead a small on‑site team, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Foster a strong resident community through engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager to align operational goals.
Required profile
- Proven experience in Build‑to‑Rent or similar residential property environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Leadership experience managing small teams.
