Residential Surveyor – Remote, £45‑60k + commission

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to join a multi‑disciplinary property practice that operates across residential and commercial sectors. The role offers flexible full‑time or part‑time remote working, a competitive basic salary, commission and clear progression within a supportive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys (training provided if required).
• Prepare Red Book valuations and bespoke building surveys.
• Manage private and panel work, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Liaise with the centralised hub to schedule appointments and maintain client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum AssocRICS qualification or higher, with Registered Valuer status.
• Proven track record in residential surveying.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate report writing.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
