About the role
Major Estates is looking for an industrious, capable Sales Negotiator to join its Estate Agency team for its busy office in Wealdstone, Harrow. The role suits a sales-driven candidate with experience in an estate agency or property organisation.
Required profile
- Proven track record in residential property sales and excellent sales negotiation skills.
- Outgoing, personable and resilient, with strong self-motivation, initiative and teamwork.
- Excellent written and oral communication and a high standard of customer service.
- Smart, presentable and able to succeed in a competitive business environment.
- Own car and a full UK driving licence.
- At least 1 year of experience in an estate agency or property organisation.
Required skills
- Organisation and administration skills.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
What we offer
- Basic salary of £18,000 per annum.
- A commission structure package for the right candidate.
