About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Assistants for seasonal positions in Belfast. This expression of interest will be followed by a formal application link once the roles go live. You will help deliver an exceptional shopping experience and develop your retail career with JD Group.
Key responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable and seamless customer service to all store visitors.
- Maintain clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets, staying up‑to‑date with trends and promotions.
- Drive sales, utilise in‑store devices, suggest alternatives and add‑on sales.
- Replenish stock, ensure full‑size range is displayed and priced correctly.
- Represent JD Sports professionally and work safely.
Required profile
- Positive attitude in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused retail environment.
- Enthusiastic about turning challenges into development opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, thriving in social situations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
