About the role
We are seeking a Senior BIM Co‑ordinator to join a fast‑growing building services firm in Leatherhead. You will lead BIM processes across a portfolio of high‑profile projects, delivering accurate 3‑D models and ensuring seamless collaboration between architects, engineers and consultants.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage BIM workflows for multiple concurrent projects.
- Create and develop detailed 3‑D models using Revit.
- Collaborate closely with architects, design consultants and engineers to guarantee smooth project delivery.
- Support innovative and technically challenging developments throughout the project lifecycle.
Required profile
- Proven experience using Revit in a BIM coordination or building services role.
- Strong background in building services design or modelling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
