Senior Sales Executive – UK Market

About the role

Emirates is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue and manage key corporate, leisure and special‑segment accounts across the UK. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing client relationships and promoting Emirates’ products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue sales targets and maintain productive trade engagement within the assigned UK portfolio.
• Build and implement sales and marketing initiatives to increase market share and revenue.
• Identify, evaluate and capitalise on new business opportunities.
• Negotiate, manage and review incentive agreements with corporate and leisure clients on a quarterly basis.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com, including sales calls, agreements and performance data.
• Design and deliver webinars, lead road‑shows and conduct product and fare training for agency staff.
• Monitor credit‑worthiness of agents using RDOC and CRM AI tools and mitigate risks.

Required profile

• Graduate or ‘A’ Level standard education or equivalent.
• Proven experience in field sales within an airline sales environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to source new business and manage high‑revenue accounts.
• Excellent presentation, communication and relationship‑building skills.
