Senior Specialist, Product Partnerships – Merchant Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Specialist in Product Partnerships to ensure the Merchant Operations team is fully prepared for new product releases and enhancements. You will act as the bridge between Product, Engineering and Merchant Operations, championing merchant needs and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Merchant Operations in the ongoing relationship with the Product department, defining requirements for new releases and enhancements.
• Partner with Merchant Operations leadership to maintain and advocate for the tooling roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the development lifecycle, providing input on supportability, usability and potential pain points.
• Assess product launches, identify risks and deliver go/no‑go recommendations.
• Monitor customer trends, competitor offerings and market shifts to inform product decisions.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of product development processes and support operations.
• Experience in supportability, product readiness or customer advocacy within a technology or SaaS environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, able to work with both technical and non‑technical teams.
• Passion for advocating user needs and improving the support experience.

Required skills

• SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Advanced Excel functions (e.g., INDEX MATCH) and Pivot tables.
• Project management capabilities.
