Service Advisor - Poole Audi

About the role

Poole Audi is looking for a Service Advisor to act as the main link between customers and the workshop team, giving a professional, seamless aftersales experience. You will keep customers informed during service and repair, give expert advice and ensure a premium level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout their service and repair journey.
• Communicate regularly with customers about the progress of their vehicles in the workshop.
• Explain vehicle faults and repair recommendations confidently and professionally.
• Identify opportunities to upsell essential and urgent repairs that benefit the customer.
• Handle customer queries, concerns and complaints effectively, working towards positive resolutions.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in line with company procedures.

Required profile

• Confident, driven individual with a strong work ethic, able to cope in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a main dealer aftersales operation is essential.
• Proven ability to deal professionally and effectively with customers.
• A full valid driving licence is essential, as you may need to move customer vehicles around the site.

Working hours

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm.
• Saturday rota: two consecutive Saturdays followed by four Saturdays off.
