Social Media Manager

About the role

Bray Leino, a full-service brand growth agency founded in 1973 with offices in North Devon, Bristol and London, is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and organised Social Media Manager to join its London team. The role shapes social campaigns for leading brands, creating content and building communities across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube in a hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities

• Work with strategy and creative teams to deliver high-quality content and campaigns
• Create content such as memes and TikTok videos that build community
• Schedule content across channels at the right times
• Write captions and respond to community interactions
• Curate and collaborate with influencers aligned with clients' sectors
• Engage authentically with audiences and follow social trends
• Project manage asset production with the Creative team within budget and on time
• Monitor, analyse and report on social media performance to inform future content

Required profile

• Proven work experience in social media
• Passion for social media and familiarity with platforms, formats and trends
• Confidence in presenting ideas and linking them to client business objectives
• Interest in content production and digital channels beyond social
• Positive, forward-thinking, organised and able to work to deadlines
• Right to work in the UK

Required skills

• Managing multiple social media platforms
• Social listening and community management tools such as Brandwatch, Pulsar or Sprout
• Online marketing strategies and channels
• Excellent writing, communication, multitasking and analytics skills
• Paid social knowledge is beneficial but not essential
