About the role
We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Manager to own the end‑to‑end supply chain function for a fast‑growing food manufacturing business. Working closely with the founders and operations team, you will ensure materials, inventory and production planning support the company’s next phase of growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage purchasing and supplier relationships across UK and international supply chains.
- Place, track and monitor purchase orders, ensuring lead‑time compliance and continuity of supply.
- Coordinate imports, deliveries and customs processes with international suppliers and logistics partners.
- Maintain stock accuracy, oversee inventory management and drive warehouse replenishment.
- Support production planning through demand forecasting and inventory analysis.
- Identify and implement cost‑saving and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Administer ERP and inventory management systems, focusing on automation and process efficiency.
- Develop KPI reports, dashboards and performance metrics for senior leadership.
Required profile
- Proven experience in food manufacturing, FMCG or related food operations.
- Strong background in purchasing, inventory management and production planning.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English for direct communication with international suppliers.
- Advanced Excel skills, including building models, reports and dashboards from scratch.
- Experience with ERP/WMS platforms, preferably Cin7 Core or similar.
- Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control and supply‑chain best practices.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with ownership and improvement drive.

What we offer
- Salary range £45,000 – £55,000 per year, dependent on experience.
- 10% discretionary performance‑linked bonus.
