About the role
Crown is looking for a motivated CXC Telemarketer to join its Birmingham team. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on engaging potential customers, booking appointments, and promoting Crown’s material‑handling products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telephone outreach to prospective customers.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and ensure accurate documentation of interactions.
- Promote Crown’s product range, including forklifts, batteries, chargers, and automation solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate with sales teams and other departments.
- Previous telemarketing or similar experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Competence in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
