Telemarketer – Customer Outreach & Appointment Scheduling

About the role

Crown is looking for a motivated CXC Telemarketer to join its Birmingham team. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on engaging potential customers, booking appointments, and promoting Crown’s material‑handling products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telephone outreach to prospective customers.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team and ensure accurate documentation of interactions.
• Promote Crown’s product range, including forklifts, batteries, chargers, and automation solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate with sales teams and other departments.
• Previous telemarketing or similar experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Competence in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
