Architect – Residential, Mixed-Use & Commercial Projects

About the role

We are an award‑winning multidisciplinary architecture and urban design practice based in Sheffield, seeking a qualified Architect to join our expanding portfolio of residential, mixed‑use and commercial projects. The role offers ownership of projects within a collaborative, Revit‑based BIM environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects through all RIBA stages.
• Prepare planning, technical and construction information.
• Manage Revit models and BIM coordination.
• Liaise directly with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Attend and lead meetings and site visits.
• Support junior team members and mentor assistants.
• Produce detailed technical packages and specifications.
• Contribute to design development and project strategy.

Required profile

• ARB‑registered Architect.
• Newly qualified or several years post‑Part 3 experience.
• Strong technical and design capabilities.
• Good knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage workload effectively in a collaborative studio.
