Architectural Graduate – Planning (AutoCAD)

About the role

We are looking for a recent Architectural Graduate or Architectural Assistant with strong AutoCAD experience to join a small, family‑run practice in Weston‑super‑Mare. You will be involved in a variety of residential and commercial projects across Somerset and South Gloucester, gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of planning and design work.

Key responsibilities

• Produce concept designs and technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Assist in preparing and submitting planning applications.
• Shadow the director through the planning and building survey processes.
• Support the development of project documentation from initial consultation to completion.

Required profile

• Recent Architectural Graduate, Architectural Assistant, or similar.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Able to commute to Weston‑super‑Mare.
• Enthusiastic about learning and progressing within a close‑knit team.
