Associate Mechanical Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Mechanical Engineer with a background in construction, M&E or building services to join a fast‑growing national business. The role offers a clear progression path towards directorship, hybrid working, and ongoing technical and leadership training.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with various project teams on commercial construction and engineering projects.
• Conduct site surveys and ensure designs and estimations meet company expectations.
• Participate in design, budgeting, forecasting and project management activities.
• Work primarily on construction developments, supporting both technical and commercial aspects.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Design, Building Services or Construction.
• Mechanical engineering experience preferred.
• Ability to commute to Gravesend, Kent (or surrounding locations in South East England).
• Suitable for M&E engineers, project managers or building services specialists seeking a permanent role.
