BIM Manager

About the role

We are a leading international architecture and interior design practice seeking an experienced BIM Manager to shape and execute our digital delivery strategy across hospitality, hotel, residential and mixed‑use projects. This role blends hands‑on BIM support with strategic responsibility for standards, information management and workflow innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM standards, Revit templates, family libraries and project setup procedures.
• Support project teams with model creation, work‑sharing, coordinates, levels, grids and overall model management.
• Produce, review and keep BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) up to date.
• Lead information management in line with ISO 19650 principles.
• Manage Common Data Environment workflows using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM 360.
• Audit project models to ensure quality, coordination and compliance.
• Assist BIM Coordinators, architects and design teams with technical Revit challenges.
• Coordinate clash detection, federated model reviews and consultant BIM deliverables.
• Collaborate with IT to manage BIM software licences, plugins and infrastructure.
• Identify and implement workflow, QA and technology improvements, including automation and AI‑enabled tools.

Required profile

• Architectural background with experience delivering UK projects.
• Proven BIM management experience and strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to train and support multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Autodesk Revit proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of Navisworks for model coordination.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and/or BIM 360.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 information management standards.
