Campaign Operations Manager

About the role

Epsilon, a global leader in data and identity within Publicis Groupe, is hiring a Campaign Operations Manager in its London office. The role reports to the Manager of Campaign Operations and works closely with Sales, Account Management, Media Delivery, Product and Engineering teams. It is a hybrid position, based in the London office four days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Help global clients achieve their business goals by configuring, trafficking, testing and quality assuring client campaigns on and off site.
• Manage several projects at once, ensuring each campaign launches smoothly within its deadline.
• Own the end-to-end setup, trafficking and quality assurance of mobile, display and video campaigns across DSP platforms.
• Review and validate campaign builds before and after launch against technical requirements, client specifications and internal quality standards.
• Develop expertise in internal platforms and processes, and help design automation projects used company-wide.
• Identify improvements to processes and operational best practices to drive efficiency and scalability.

Required profile

• Experience configuring on or off-site campaigns.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and advertising technology.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborative, adaptable and self-sufficient, comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with one or more DSPs across display, video and mobile campaigns.
• Knowledge of DSP setup, targeting, inventory and brand safety.
• Familiarity with ad serving, tracking, pixels and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar ticketing software.
