Cladding Site Manager

About the role

Sphere Solutions is seeking an experienced Cladding Site Manager to lead external envelope remediation on a major residential project in Cardiff Bay. You will oversee the full replacement of façades, cladding, and fire‑stopping systems from the concrete frame to final handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations for external envelope works.
• Oversee cladding, façade, fire‑stopping and reinstatement packages.
• Ensure all works are completed safely, to specification and within the programme.
• Coordinate subcontractors, sequencing, logistics and quality inspections.
• Liaise with consultants, client teams and senior management.
• Drive health & safety standards and maintain high QA throughout the project.

Required profile

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications.
• Strong background in external envelope / cladding remediation.
• Experience on residential or high‑rise projects.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
