About the role
We are seeking a Class 1 Driver to join our client’s operations in Witney on a full‑time, temporary basis. The role involves delivering goods to customer sites across the UK, following clear instructions and adhering to strict safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver goods to customer sites according to scheduled routes.
- Follow detailed delivery instructions and ensure timely arrivals.
- Secure and strap loads correctly before each journey.
- Perform trunking and UK haulage runs.
- Carry out vehicle checks, report any defects and maintain vehicle logs.
Required profile
- Full UK licence (Category C+E) with no more than 9 penalty points.
- CPC Card and Digi Card.
- Minimum 12 months of Class 1 driving experience.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
Required skills
- Class 1 driving (Category C+E).
- Load securing and strapping.
- Vehicle inspection and defect reporting.
What we offer
- Competitive hourly rate of £18.50‑£20.00.
- Two shift options: early morning (starts 05:00) or late afternoon (starts 16:00), Monday‑Friday.
