Construction Contracts Manager – Façade Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of façade works across four active sites in Islington, Poplar, Luton and Wembley. You will be responsible for ensuring each project is completed on time, within budget and to the highest safety and quality standards while coordinating closely with project teams, clients and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple live façade projects simultaneously across the specified locations.
• Manage site teams, Project Managers and subcontractors to meet programme targets.
• Control budgets and ensure financial performance aligns with project goals.
• Maintain strict compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Monitor quality standards and verify adherence to specifications.
• Liaise regularly with clients and stakeholders to sustain strong relationships.
• Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Drive productivity and efficiency improvements across all sites.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within façade or external envelope works.
• Successful track record managing multiple live construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Commercial awareness with the capability to manage budgets effectively.
• In‑depth understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements.
• Willingness and ability to travel between Islington, Poplar, Luton and Wembley.
