Contracts Manager / Construction Manager – Industrial Refurbishment

About the role

The Contracts Manager/Construction Manager will lead a portfolio of industrial refurbishment projects across the South East, ensuring delivery to the highest standards while supporting the growth of a new division.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and meetings to monitor progress and quality.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and report status to directors.
• Create and maintain project timelines to keep work on track.
• Manage contract instructions, technical submittals and RFIs.
• Run weekly contracts meetings to track project status.
• Liaise regularly with Service Centre Managers and senior leadership to implement best practices.

Required profile

• 10+ years’ experience as a Contracts Manager, Projects Manager, Commercial Manager, Construction Manager or similar.
• Proven experience in the industrial or commercial refit sector.
• Strong refurbishment background within industrial environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all organisational levels.
• Confident, articulate and able to influence stakeholders.

What we offer

• Salary range £55,000 – £65,000 per year plus bonus (to be confirmed).
• £7,000 car allowance or choice of a Ford Ranger.
