Customer Service Advisor (Insurance Renewals)

About the role

Everywhen, the UK-based broking and advisory arm of the Ardonagh Group, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to help keep its existing insurance customers by providing excellent service and support at renewal. The role is based at the Bristol office (Minton House) and is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Speak with customers about their insurance renewals
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Handle policy queries and changes
• Build strong relationships and deliver outstanding service
• Work towards retention and renewal targets

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confidence in handling conversations and negotiations
• A positive and proactive approach
• Insurance experience is desirable but not essential
