Electrical Assembler

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Electrical Assembler to join a respected manufacturing operation in Hartlepool. You will work on electronic circuit board production, ensuring high‑quality assembly and timely dispatch of finished units.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble electronic circuit boards and perform soldering tasks according to production drawings.
• Inspect and test PCB assemblies and final products to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Carry out final system assembly, including populating PCBs, hand assembly and packaging in a clean environment.
• Accurately pack finished units, prepare them for dispatch and support stock management.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in line with ISO9001, IPC‑610 and J‑STD standards.

Required profile

• Experience in an electrical assembly or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving processes.
• Strong attention to detail, good eyesight and manual dexterity for repetitive tasks.
• Reliable, flexible and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
