Electrical Supervisor – MEP Site Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead the electrical works on a high‑value construction project near Bath. This position offers the chance to work on cutting‑edge manufacturing and data‑centre builds within a fast‑growing main contractor environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage MEP site teams to deliver electrical packages on time and within budget.
• Ensure health & safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout the project.
• Coordinate with construction managers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Monitor progress, report to senior leadership, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong background as an Industrial Electrician or Electrical Supervisor in industrial, manufacturing, or data‑centre settings.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale, complex MEP/electrical packages.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Bath or stay away as required.
