Engineering Maintenance Manager – Reliability Maintenance Engineering

About the role

As an Engineering Maintenance Manager in the Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) area, you will lead a team of expert technicians at Amazon’s Stockton‑on‑Tees fulfillment site. You will ensure equipment reliability, drive continuous improvement, and support both site‑level and network‑level projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support colleagues in complying with safety policies and procedures.
• Implement EU network standards, plan preventative maintenance and ensure technical availability.
• Collect and analyse operational data to improve processes.
• Deliver and support site‑based and network‑level maintenance projects.
• Lead, mentor and develop the performance of your technical team.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading maintenance or reliability teams in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of equipment reliability, preventative maintenance planning and EU network standards.
• Ability to ensure site compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to analyse data and drive process improvements.
• Commitment to coaching and developing technical staff.
