Flight Coordinator Supervisor

About the role

The Flight Coordinator Supervisor ensures a safe, high‑quality, customer‑focused operation for a luxury airline catering service. Working from the airside office and moving across the airport terminal, you will lead a team of Flight Coordinators and act as a key liaison between internal departments and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support Flight Coordinators, handling resource allocation, vehicle management and service standards.
• Maintain safety standards, conduct incident investigations and manage delay or service‑failure inquiries.
• Represent the department in all internal and external communications, ensuring compliance with SOPs, health & safety, food safety and legal requirements.
• Act as primary escalation point, build relationships with section managers and drive continuous improvement of team performance.
• Provide coverage for the Airside Manager when required and, if needed, perform Flight Coordinator duties.
