About the role
As the first and last point of contact for guests at Park Plaza, you will deliver a warm, personalised welcome and ensure a memorable departure. Your friendly, can‑do attitude will set the tone for an exceptional hotel experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests on arrival and departure, handling check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Respond promptly and politely to guest requests, inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain accurate guest records and manage reservations using the hotel’s front‑desk system.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfil guest needs.
Required profile
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine caring attitude.
- Strong command of English and clear communication abilities.
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing or receptionist role within hospitality.
