Google Ads Specialist – US Telecom Lead Generation

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Google Ads Specialist to design, launch, and optimise paid search campaigns that generate qualified inbound leads for US internet and telecom services. The role focuses on delivering measurable results while efficiently managing advertising budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, manage and optimise Google Search Ads campaigns targeting US customers for internet and cable services, including providers such as Xfinity and Spectrum.
• Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL, conversion rate, ROAS) and regularly review results to identify issues and recommend improvements.
• Implement conversion tracking with GA4 and GTM to capture form submissions, phone calls and other lead actions.
• Refine keywords, ad copy, audiences and landing‑page targeting, using ZIP‑code location targeting where appropriate.
• Manage advertising spend responsibly and provide clear performance reports to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience creating and managing Google Ads campaigns for the US market.
• Practical knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies and campaign optimisation.
• Working knowledge of GA4, GTM and conversion tracking for forms and phone calls.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage budgets and meet campaign goals.
