About the role
Systems UKI is seeking a proactive Human Resources Specialist to lead the Human Capital Division. You will oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments and supporting core administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end HR processes, including onboarding, off‑boarding and the full employee lifecycle.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures and documentation in line with UK labour law.
- Oversee employee records and HR systems, guaranteeing accuracy and confidentiality.
- Serve as the primary liaison between HR, employees and cross‑functional teams.
- Support the execution of HR initiatives, communications and internal programmes.
- Handle daily HR admin duties such as contracts, documentation and file management.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and assist with benefits administration.
- Provide leadership with HR reporting, data tracking and operational insights.
- Work with IT to manage system access and equipment allocation during onboarding/off‑boarding.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, best practices and UK employment legislation.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent organisational, coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and administrative coordination.
- Experience in a fast‑paced, operations‑focused environment is a plus.
