IFA Technical Administrator & Report Writer

About the role

This is a hands‑on technical administrator and report writer position within a well‑established wealth management practice. You will act as the primary technical point of contact for advisers, supporting new business and ongoing client reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Write clear, compliant suitability reports and recommendations for clients.
• Build and maintain investment, retirement, tax and estate planning plans.
• Prepare client review documentation, cash‑flow updates and performance analysis.
• Obtain and analyse product information, quotes and illustrations for client comparisons.
• Attend client meetings and liaise with clients and third parties to keep cases progressing.

Required profile

• Paraplanning or technical administration experience within an IFA or wealth‑management firm.
• Proven ability to produce suitability reports and cash‑flow models.
• Confidence dealing with clients, advisers and third parties.
• Strong understanding of financial‑planning principles and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong numeracy.
