Information Security Engineer (12 PM – 8 PM)

About the role

The Information Security Engineer will support NICE’s security initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the integrity of corporate and production services. You will work within the InfoSec team to monitor, manage, and improve security tools and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage, and respond to security incidents in line with company policies.
• Install, configure, and administer security tools such as endpoint protection, SIEM, XDR, WAF, vulnerability scanners, and DLP.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to security tools and processes.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors and support internal/external audits.
• Notify Information Security leadership of changes that could affect the security posture.
• Review and recommend improvements to security processes.
• Perform regular housekeeping to maintain system integrity and monitoring.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, data networks, and security operations.
• Strong knowledge of basic information security principles.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proven problem‑solving ability and strong organizational skills.
• Self‑starter capable of working with minimal supervision.
